  Upload a brief video or clear images demonstrating the technical fault or physical condition of the product to help our team expedite your approval.

  Package Securely

  Once approved, place the device in its original packaging along with all included accessories, manuals, and the invoice to ensure a valid return.

  Pickup and Refund

  Our courier partner will collect the package from your doorstep, and upon successful inspection at our warehouse, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
